Frequently Asked Questions

To register, you'll need an active mobile number (ideally linked to bKash or Nagad), an email address, and a strong password. A photo of your National ID or passport may be required later for identity verification. The entire process takes just 3–5 minutes, and you'll be eligible for your first deposit bonus as soon as you complete registration.

At fz66, if a match is officially abandoned or fewer than 50% of the scheduled overs are bowled, all bets on that match are generally declared void and the full stake is refunded to your account within 24 hours. However, if play resumes after the minimum overs threshold is met and a result is determined under the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result will stand as final.

To place an accumulator (parlay/series bet), add the odds for each match to your betslip and select 'Accumulator' mode. The odds for all selected matches are multiplied together, so a winning accumulator pays out significantly more. You can add up to 20 matches at once on fz66. Keep in mind that if even one leg loses, the entire accumulator is void — so it's best to start small with 2–5 matches.

Log in to your account, then go to 'Profile Settings' > 'Contact Information'. Enter your new number and verify it using the 6-digit OTP sent to that number. If the number is linked to a payment method, our support team may request an additional identity check for security purposes. The entire process typically takes 10–15 minutes.
